Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Instantly Ageless® offers a 30-day refund when you purchase any Instantly Ageless® products from this website. Shipping Charges are not refunded. We do not provide return labels.

In the case of hair fibers:
Instantly Ageless® will refund unopened products if ordered the wrong color during the period of 30 days from the day the order was placed. Shipping Charges are not refunded.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Please email our Corporate Office at info@instantlyageless.com for a Return Product Authorization number (RPA) before shipping any product back to us or your package may be refused.
  2.  Mail your returned item to:

    3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy:
Turnaround: All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Carrier: We use FedEx or USPS to deliver our orders.

Order Tracking:

A tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Back Orders:

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
